Getting Back to the norm

Meg- Well yesterday we also spent the entire afternoon at Pequea Creek. Strolling through the woods and perching on rocks! Finally, our little family is returning to what we love to do. Only it is slightly different. Never before have I bared my chest sitting on a rock to feed a baby, or changed a pooey diaper by a creek. It was delightful!! Its so wonderful to be back in the woods playing around again! We discovered some great rocks to boulder on and an even better swimming hole than where we were.

Fletch was teaching Smoke how to swim. This is a huge feet, because Mr. pooch only discovered he liked playing in water/rapids a few months ago. Needless to say, a siberian husky does not like to fully submerge and learn doggie paddle. BUt he did enjoy eating the small rapids of water and getting we up to the top of his legs.





Also last night was the first 8 hours of sleep Lily did in one stretch!!! Well, she was up when we went to her crib, but happily content.. somehow she wriggled her way out of the 'anti-sids' pillow all the way to the corner of her crib.
